Heat transfers from the turning into the center of the oil. When frying, loose batter falls below the heat source into the V-bottom and does not scorch. Cooking oil lasts longer and food always tastes great. Comes with 2 stainless steel baskets with cool touch handles, baskets are 11” x 5.5” x 4.25”.
